CNC Milling

3-axis / 4-axis CNC milling with maximum working dimensions of 1035
× 560 × 510 mm and table load up to 1000 kg.
Machining of solid materials, non-ferrous metals, and hardened tool steels up to 65 HRC with an accuracy of ±0.005 mm.
All CNC machines are network-connected and programmed using
Edgecam + Fusion for optimal toolpath control and precision.

CNC Turning

  • CNC turning of steel, non-ferrous metals, and hardened materials up to HRC 65 with a maximum turning diameter of 250 mm and length up to 500 mm.

  • Machining of shafts, bushings, and custom precision components in both small and medium-size production.

All CNC lathes are network-connected and programmed through Edgecam 2015 R2 for optimized toolpath accuracy and consistent surface finish.

Surface and Cylindrical Grinding

  • Surface and profile grinding of flat and shaped parts to achieve final accuracy and high surface quality.
Used mainly for machining components with demanding dimensional and surface requirements, achieving accuracy up to ±0.005 mm.
  • BRH 20 A Surface Grinder
  • Table travel (X/Y/Z): 600 × 200 × 250 mm
  • Table clamping surface: 200 × 600 mm

  • Cylindrical grinding of internal and external diameters — primarily shafts, rings, and precision components.
Process designed to achieve final dimensional accuracy and superior surface finish with tolerances up to ±0.005 mm.
  • BHU 25 Universal Cylindrical Grinder
    • Maximum diameter: 220 mm
    • Distance between centers: 630 mm
